HOW DO YOU PAINT FIGURINES?
Step by step instructions for painting are included with each order, as well as information regarding paint selection, finishing, and repairing after much use. On this website under Downloads, there are also step by step photo instructions for painting.
DO YOU OFFER A PAINTING SERVICE FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT PAINT THEIR FIGURINES?
We do offer a limited service. All figurines must be ordered unfinished. We do not sell them painted. If you must have them painted, please email us at [email protected] and request this service if available. We will send you a price list for painting and let you know how we can proceed with your request.
DO YOU ACCEPT TAX EXEMPT ORDERS?
Yes we do, however, you will need to order directly from us by email. If you order off the website, you are required to pay taxes, which are non-refundable.
To place a Tax Exempt order, please email us directly at [email protected]. We will require a copy of the Tax Exempt certificate before we can process an order. Please email us for further information.
WHAT OTHER MATERIALS DO I NEED TO USE THESE FIGURINES?
Small dioramas are used with these figurines. The Materials manual for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd has step by step directions to build your own materials or they can be purchased from vendors for CGS materials. We have information for those vendors on our LINK page.
HOW TALL ARE THE FIGURINES AND WILL THEY FIT THE DIORAMAS IN THE MATERIALS MANUAL FROM THE VENDORS?
The figurines vary in size from 3 5/8” to 4” tall. Yes, they will fit the materials from the Manual and from the Vendors.
CAN I PAY BY CHECK?
You can pay by check only if you have a Tax Exempt Certificate. Orders through the website are for charge only through PayPal. PayPal does allow you to use other charge cards.
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?
My website will only let you order figurines that are in stock. These orders usually ship within days after the order is processed, unless we are away. If that is the case, we will notify you that there will be a delay.

HOW ARE SHIPPING FEES CALCULATED?
Shipping Fees are automatically calculated when you order. We check your order after shipping and if the shipping costs less than what you have paid, we refund the overpayment through PayPal.
