Q. HOW DO YOU PAINT FIGURINES?

Q. WHAT OTHER MATERIALS DO I NEED TO USE THESE FIGURINES?

A. These figurines are used with small dioramas. The dioramas can be made following the instructions from the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Materials Manual, or they can be purchased from vendors on our Link Page. 

Q. HOW TALL ARE THE FIGURINES?

A. The figurines vary in size from 3 5/8” to 4” tall.

Q. CAN I PAY BY CHECK?

A. If you need to pay by check, please email me directly with your request at the email address listed below.

Q. WHY IS THE COLOR SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT ON MY FIGURINES THAN IT IS IN THE PICTURES?

A. The colors in the images are only an approximation of what the final figurine will be. Each figurine is individually hand-painted, so the final color may vary slightly from the actual photo.

Q. HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER?

A. Most orders will ship within 3-4 weeks. 

Q. CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER SOONER THAN 3-4 WEEKS?

A. The manufacturing process of our figurines is done by hand and goes thru multiple stages before completion. This process is time consuming and therefore limits our ability to rush any order.  However, if you have a special need, please feel free to contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

Q. WHY DO THE SHIPPING CHARGES APPEAR TO BE HIGHER THAN EXPECTED?

We use an automated system for calculating shipping, handling and insurance charges for each order.  However, sometimes the automated charge may differ from the actual cost. When the automated charge exceeds the actual cost of shipping, handling and insurance, we will reimburse the customer for the overpayment.
